Nobody can hurt us without our consent

Nobody can hurt us without our consent. There are many instances in life where our confidence is hit hard. Sometimes we overcome life’s tribulations, other times we get overwhelmed. Sometimes our courage and confidence see us through, but at other times our self-confidence gets a beating.

However, the point to note here is to remember that “nobody can hurt us without our consent.”  An example…. I used to get lurid when ”F1″ wannabe drivers will cut into the car lanes or overtake brusquely without signalling.  But hang on… what is the point of having a heart attack for nothing?  Hahaha… so nowadays, I just brush away these acts of inconsiderateness.  Maybe they are rushing to make a date with their maker. Hahaha

The point to note is that we cannot change the thoughts or behaviour of these drivers.  But we can change our own thoughts and behaviour towards them, in a positive manner of course!  This should be the way forward.
